Independent master techs: get homeowners who have already done the math
TonnageCheck homeowners run their quote through our auditor before they call anyone. When a big-company quote grades poorly, they can ask for a second opinion from an independent, owner-operated company in their ZIP. We want that to be you.
Pre-audited leads
Each request comes with the quote they received, the system size and type, the brand and model if they gave it, and their timeline. No tire-kickers who have not seen a price.
Exclusive in your ZIP
We send each request to at most two independent companies serving that ZIP. No shared-lead auctions.
Win on honesty
Homeowners arrive expecting model numbers, a load calculation and an itemized price. If that is how you already work, you will close.
Who we are looking for
- Owner-operated, 1 to 5 trucks, not owned by a private-equity platform or national consolidator
- State HVAC/mechanical license where required, and EPA Section 608 certification
- General liability and workers' comp insurance
- Does Manual J load calculations and pulls permits
- Puts model numbers and an AHRI reference on every quote
